Job Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a new opportunity for a well established and highly successful company based in Redhill, who are looking for a new member of their Administration team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in an office based role, although entry level candidates who can demonstrate a good work ethic and a willingness to learn will be considered.

The role will involve:

  • Administration of new business paperwork
  • Administration of policy renewals and adjustments
  • Ensuring that an efficient service is provided to customers
  • Sending documentation to customers
  • Responding to incoming post and emails
  • Liaising with customers and third parties as required
  • Working as part of a team to ensure targets are achieved

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Educated to minimum GCSE (or equivalent) level, including Maths and English at grade C or above
  • Previous office based experience ideally, although entry level candidates will be considered
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to providing an excellent administrative service
