Job Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a new opportunity for a well established and highly successful company based in Redhill, who are looking for a new member of their Administration team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in an office based role, although entry level candidates who can demonstrate a good work ethic and a willingness to learn will be considered.
The role will involve:
- Administration of new business paperwork
- Administration of policy renewals and adjustments
- Ensuring that an efficient service is provided to customers
- Sending documentation to customers
- Responding to incoming post and emails
- Liaising with customers and third parties as required
- Working as part of a team to ensure targets are achieved
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Educated to minimum GCSE (or equivalent) level, including Maths and English at grade C or above
- Previous office based experience ideally, although entry level candidates will be considered
- Attention to detail
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Problem solving ability
- A strong work ethic with a commitment to providing an excellent administrative service
