ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - STAFFORD JUNIOR SCHOOL

15 hours per week (Monday to Friday 10:45 am - 1:45 pm)

Term Time only (incl INSET Days) plus 1 extra week in the school holidays)

Responsibilities
  • Managing the school reception with telephone calls and supporting parents/carers.
  • Creating documents including letters to be sent to parents/carers using Trust systems.
  • Administering First Aid and supporting with administering medicines.
  • Supporting colleagues and providing a professional administrative service.
