About the Role:Reporting directly to the Head of Accounts Payable, you will lead a team of AP Administrators, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of supplier invoices and payments. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of Accounts Payable Administrators

Oversee daily AP operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Drives performance for department targets/ KPI and manages individual performance accordingly

Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers

Support month-end close and reporting activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or finance team lead role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel

A proactive and collaborative approach
