Accounting & Real Estate Services Manager: This position consists of managing the financial operations and a real estate portfolio while supervising the smooth running of the internal services of the site. It also involves supervising a small team, managing budgets, financial reports, insurance, and processes related to real estate activities. Based between Lausanne and Vevey. Develop and monitor budgets, participate in the medium-term execution of financial closures, manage internal and external reporting, track collections and payments, and keep data updated for investments. Organize, control, and update data related to the working hours of the entire department. Supervise a small team, structure its activities, and support its development on a daily basis. Handle files related to insurance, claims, and support tools in collaboration with the relevant contacts. Ensure the quality and proper functioning of internal services, particularly reception and site management. Contribute to cross-functional activities and participate in tasks related to real estate management at the federal level in finance & accounting (or equivalent). Experience in property management or SMEs. Managerial experience (cross-functional/project accepted). Advanced SAP and Excel skills. Minimum B2 level in German and C1 level in French. Organized, rigorous, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. A good communicator with leadership skills.
