To complete our teams in Yverdon-les-Bains, we are looking for a: Head of the Accounting Service on a fixed-term contract until March 31. You will take responsibility for the Accounting unit and ensure the management of all financial activities. You guarantee the reliability of accounts, legal and tax compliance, as well as rigorous cash management. Leading a small team, you organize the work, support the development of team members, and ensure the continuous improvement of processes and tools. You supervise general accounting, periodic and annual closures, the preparation of financial statements, as well as the collaboration with auditors, tax authorities, and partners. You actively contribute to the financial management of the company by ensuring reliable reporting to management and participating in financial decision-making. This position is offered on a fixed-term basis at 80% until March 31. Depending on the evolution of the company's needs and context, an indefinite contract may be considered. Requirements: Higher education in accounting, finance, or equivalent; confirmed experience in general accounting and annual closure; experience in leading a small team; excellent mastery of Swiss accounting standards (Swiss GAAP RPC) and tax regulations (VAT, taxes); rigor, sense of responsibility, and analytical spirit; ability to work autonomously while closely collaborating with other departments. jidaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
