About the Role

As Account Manager - Special Projects at Loopper, you'll be a crucial link between our top-tier clients and our internal operations. This is a dedicated B2B sales position focused on:

• Managing high-value and premium key accounts
• Leading communication for new and ongoing client projects
• Reactivating dormant clients and identifying fresh opportunities
• Helping clients find or create the perfect product for their promotional needs
• Manage purchasing tasks and maintain contact with Chinese suppliers

You'll work in a tight-knit 2-person team, directly alongside our Project & Purchase Manager, who handles logistics and production-so you can focus on client satisfaction and sales growth.

No two days are the same-this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a lot of variety.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full communication funnel for strategic accounts
• Conduct intro and follow-up calls/emails
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and propose premium solutions
• Help clients identify or design products that perfectly match their brand and campaign goals
• Reactivate leads and drive repeat business
• Track project stages from inquiry to delivery

• CRM-based workflow
• Weekly call task planning to manage priorities efficiently
• Close deals while our ops team handles the logistics

Contract & Compensation

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Based on-site at our Amsterdam HQ (remote work not possible)
• Vacation: 24 days/year
