Job Description

Location: Hybrid - Gloucestershire, commutable from Bristol, Oxford, Swindon, Cheltenham, and Bath.

My client, a leading UK customer engagement agency within a global network, is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead high-profile client relationships and deliver strategic, insight-driven CRM and creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships and campaign delivery.
  • Translate creative and data insight into clear, compelling strategies.
  • Own account forecasting, budgeting, and team performance.
  • Collaborate across planning, creative, data, and tech.
