3rd Line Engineer

This role can be based at any of our office locations: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York, Glasgow. At ORR we have adopted hybrid working and are currently expected to work from a workplace location for a minimum of two days per week or 40%.

The Information, Facilities and Service Development (IFSD) team supports ORR achieve its strategic objectives by ensuring it has first class IS Services, Information is managed effectively and property portfolio is suitable for the work of ORR colleagues. ORR has an internal technical operations team and service desk working in partnership with our external providers who deliver our network and application support.

Reporting to the Senior Technical Lead, the 3rd Line engineer has a key role in supporting the organisations Infrastructure alongside ensuring smooth delivery of service between all providers and maintaining service level agreements. They will be the first point of escalation of any issues that might arise for all new providers and be expected to manage their own workload effectively.

Occasional travel to sites other than your usual office location may be required for this role.
