Job Description
Temporary Reception/Administrative Assistant 
Location: Poole
Contract: Temporary (1 June - 31 August)
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our clients team on a temporary basis as a Reception/Administrative Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a busy and welcoming office environment, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Office.
Key Responsibilities- Answering and managing incoming office telephone calls in a professional manner
- Monitoring and responding to the reception inbox
- Welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact
- Ensuring the meeting room is maintained to a high standard - tidy, organised, and presentable
- Providing general administrative support as required
- Supporting the wider teams with ad hoc tasks
- Confident and professional with excellent communication skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Friendly and approachable, with a customer-focused mindset
- Previous administrative or reception experience is desirable but not essential
You will need an Enhanced DBS check completed in order to start this role
