Senior 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer

Dartford - Hybrid 3 days a week in Office

I'm working with a growing technology business looking to add an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to its team.

This is a hands-on role supporting a varied customer base, working across Microsoft and wider infrastructure environments. You'll be taking ownership of escalated issues, troubleshooting technical problems and helping deliver a reliable service to customers.

The technical environment includes:

• Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune
• Networking, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and firewalls
• Hyper-V and virtualisation
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions
• PowerShell

What they're looking for:

• At least 3 years' experience in IT Support/2nd Line.
• MSP experience would be a real advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Confident managing escalations and communicating with customers.
• Someone happy to get hands-on, support colleagues and attend customer sites when required.

25 days holiday, pension, paid overtime and additional on-call allowance.
