Job Description
UPP Ltd is recruiting a Helpdesk Manager for the University of Reading campus on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role oversees a 24/7 Helpdesk, managing an administration team and using Planon for reactive and planned maintenance. The position is onsite, 37.5 hours weekly, with some evening shifts.
