BMW Group Park Lane is looking for a Facilities and Health and Safety Manager. This role is based between Park Lane and Park Royal, London.
This exciting role is responsible for leading day to day facilities management, including cleaning, security, and maintenance, alongside overseeing projects and providing expert health and safety guidance to ensure a safe, compliant, and high performing working environment across our sites.
What awaits you?- Oversee and manage suppliers across hard and soft services, ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, driving continuous improvement and maintaining excellent service standards.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, ensuring swift resolution and business continuity.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identifying risks and areas for improvement.
- Provide competent health and safety advice, ensuring compliance with legislation and up to date risk assessments.
- Lead facilities projects, managing contractors to deliver on time, within scope, and to required quality standards.
- Support procurement processes, define requirements, and oversee purchasing of equipment, furnishings, and consumables.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) or equivalent, with preference for NEBOSH Diploma.
- Membership of a professional body such as IOSH.
- Strong experience in facilities management, including managing multiple sites and supplier contracts.
- Solid background in health and safety management, including implementation of safety management systems and ISO 45001.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at senior level.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work across central London locations.
