1-3 PQE Legal Counsel - Listed Company - 80% remote

Overview

Our client is a FTSE listed company which has experienced exponential growth over the last decade and continues that upward trajectory as it enters new markets globally and diversifies its product offering.

Role

The company is seeking to add a 1 3 PQE commercial contracts lawyer to its established high performing legal team, where the role would see you take ownership of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts for goods and services, as well as other general commercial law matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements for goods and services.
• Handle other general commercial law matters.
• Manage key stakeholders.
• Work autonomously with support from senior commercial lawyers.

Required Attributes

• Bright, enthusiastic self-starter keen to learn in a fast paced sector.
• Experience as a private practice lawyer or in house lawyer seeking to move into a high growth business.
