Senior Building Performance Consultant (IES-VE Specialist)

Zest4Talent are proud to be partnering with a leading building consultancy in London, who are looking to appoint a Senior Building Performance Consultant to strengthen their sustainability and building performance capability.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant with strong expertise in dynamic simulation modelling to join a forward thinking organisation delivering high quality, technically robust solutions across the built environment.

The Opportunity

You will be joining a collaborative and technically driven team where innovation, performance and sustainability are central to project delivery.

• Deliver dynamic thermal modelling using IES VE
• Lead overheating assessments in line with TM59 and TM54
• Provide clear, technically robust advice to clients and design teams
• Support the delivery of energy and sustainability strategies across a range of projects
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects and engineers
• Contribute to reports, modelling outputs and client presentations
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• Experience across residential and mixed use developments is essential.
• This role requires four days per week in the office, reflecting the collaborative nature of the team and project delivery approach.
