Over de Rol:

Wil jij samen met de managing director de schakel zijn tussen het behandelteam en het management voor een kleinschalige GGZ-instelling in Amsterdam met een unieke doelgroep? In samenwerking met het team zorg je voor de best mogelijke ondersteuning voor de cliënten die een internationale achtergrond hebben. Als zorgmanager vervul je twee cruciale rollen: je besteedt ongeveer 30% van je tijd aan het aansturen en inhoudelijk leidinggeven aan het behandelteam, terwijl je de overige 70% van je tijd actief werkt als (regie)behandelaar.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Leiding en coördinatie: Je stuurt regiebehandelaren, medebehandelaren, psychiaters en externe relaties (ZZP) aan, en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor alle disciplines. Ook zorg je voor goede afstemming tussen het team en het algemeen management.
• Managementteam (MT): Als MT-lid, samen met de managing director en zorgmanager in Groningen, ontwikkel en implementeer je zorgbeleid, met focus op diagnostiek en behandeling.
• Teamontwikkeling: Je bent betrokken bij de werving van zorgpersoneel, begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en coördineert caseloads bij afwezigheid. Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de professionalisering en deskundigheidsbevordering van het zorgpersoneel.
• Behandelprogramma's en processen: Je ontwikkelt en coördineert behandelprogramma's en zorgt voor het bewaken en continu verbeteren van interne werkprocessen.
• Extern netwerk: Je onderhoudt contacten met externe partners en verwijzers binnen het netwerk en fungeert als aanspreekpunt.
• Als (regie)behandelaar: Voer je intakes, diagnostiek en behandelplannen uit voor zowel kortdurende (BGGZ) als langdurige (SGGZ) trajecten; Neem je deel aan intervisies en fungeer je als voorzitter tijdens het multidisciplinair overleg (MDO); Bied je werkbegeleiding en supervisie aan masterpsychologen naast je eigen caseload; Geef je consultatie bij complexe problematiek, neem je deel aan het regiebehandelarenoverleg en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle zorginhoudelijke zaken; Ben je verantwoordelijk voor triage, pre-screening en het onderhouden van contact met verwijzers en externe partijen, en lever je input voor het psychodiagnostisch zorgaanbod.

Kwalificaties:

• Je hebt een BIG-registratie als klinisch psycholoog;
• Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en hebt een sterk vermogen om mensen te verbinden en te inspireren;
• Je bent een toegankelijke en coachende leider met sterke organisatorische capaciteiten en een scherp oog voor besluitvorming;
• Je hebt affiniteit met het behandelen van internationale studenten en (jong)volwassen expats;
• Je beheerst de Engelse taal uitstekend (niveau B2/C1) en kunt in het Engels therapie geven;
• Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands op B2-niveau.

• As (Lead) Therapist: You will conduct intake assessments, diagnostics, and treatment plans for both short-term (BGGZ) and long-term (SGGZ) trajectories; participate in peer reviews and chair multidisciplinary meetings (MDO); provide guidance and supervision to master's psychologists in addition to your own caseload; offer consultation for complex issues, participate in lead therapist meetings, and be the point of contact for all care-related matters; be responsible for triage, pre-screening, and maintaining contact with referrers and external parties, providing input for the psychodiagnostic care offerings.

Qualifications:

• You have a BIG registration as a clinical psychologist.
• You possess excellent communication skills and have a strong ability to connect and inspire people.
• You are an approachable and coaching leader with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for decision-making.
• You have an affinity for treating international students and (young) adult expats.
• You are fluent in English (level B2/C1) and can provide therapy in English.
• You speak and write Dutch at a B2 level.
