Job Description

Birmingham Children's Trust is seeking a seasoned Youth Offending Service (YOS) Officer for a 6 month contract in Aston, Birmingham. You will manage complex youth justice caseloads, implement prevention strategies, and work closely with families and partner services to improve outcomes for vulnerable young people.

The role involves case planning, quality assurance, and leading or supporting staff in a busy, multi agency environment.
