Youth Engagement Coach: Boxing & Mentoring for Teens

A local recruitment agency is seeking a Youth Engagement Coach to support students at risk of exclusion. The role involves working 1:1 or in groups, planning engaging activities, and building trustful relationships with young people. Applicants should have a background in youth work and ideally in boxing or sports coaching. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and support young individuals. This position is term-time only with a contract until April 2027.
