Job Description

Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 2 position?

Flourish Education is recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 6 class at a two-form-entry primary school based in Cannock.

Our client is seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to work on a part-time, long-term basis, starting as soon as possible and continuing until December 2026. The working days will be Wednesday to Friday, from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.

You will be expected to plan, assess and mark pupils' work in line with the school's policies, deliver engaging and creative lessons, and work alongside a Teaching Assistant on the days you are working.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply, as are experienced teachers.

Required Skills and Experience for this Primary Teacher Role:
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Confidence in leading a classroom.
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with a Teaching Assistant.
