Job Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the Year 6 curriculum
- Lead the Year 6 classroom effectively, maintaining high expectations for behaviour, learning and pupil achievement
- Assess pupil progress regularly and use assessment information to inform future planning and teaching
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that supports the needs of all pupils
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to promote pupil progress and wellbeing
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and support pupils in developing confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant qualification
- Experience as a Primary Teacher (KS2) or in a similar role
- Strong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the role
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
