Year 4 Class Teacher

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate Year 4 Class Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school after the Easter holidays. This role offers the opportunity to work with enthusiastic Key Stage 2 pupils and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, independence, and academic progress.

The Role

• Full class teacher responsibilities including planning, teaching, and assessment
• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Supporting pupils' academic progress in core subjects such as Maths, Reading, and Writing
• Encouraging independent learning and critical thinking skills
• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of learning

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 national curriculum
• Ability to create engaging and inclusive lessons
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
