Hays Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded, inclusive academy in the Bradford area to recruit a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their primary phase from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a large, supportive school community that has been recognised by Ofsted as a Good school and is committed to providing a high-quality education for all pupils.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their best. The school prides itself on its strong community ethos, ambitious curriculum and commitment to supporting the personal development and wellbeing of its pupils.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
• A commitment to raising standards and supporting every child to succeed
