A welcoming primary school in Strood is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team from April on a fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2, building strong foundations in independence, confidence and academic progress.

• Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons
• Supporting pupils' academic and personal development
• Monitoring and assessing progress effectively
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents

The Ideal Candidate

Applicants must:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have a recognised Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher qualification
• Hold GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (Grade 4/C or above) or recognised equivalents
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Show confidence in classroom and behaviour management
