Year 3 teacher

Seven Education are looking for a long term Year 3 Teacher to work at an Established Primary School South East London.

The Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our Year 3 students, fostering their intellectual curiosity, and supporting their holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum objectives and cater to the diverse needs of students.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.

Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and share best practices.

Establish strong partnerships with parents and guardians, involving them in their child's educational journey.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.

Proven experience teaching KS2 and Year 3 students, with a deep understanding of their developmental needs and learning styles.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and respectful learning environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Key information:

Pay is competitive and negotiable from £140 to £160 a day
