Location: Stockport

Pay Rate: £130-£160 per day DOE

Start Date: September 2026

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire and support pupils in Key Stage 2?

This rewarding role will involve leading a Year 3 class, delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum, and creating a positive learning environment where pupils feel motivated, challenged, and supported. Working alongside a dedicated team of staff, you will play a key role in helping pupils develop both academically and socially during this important stage of their education.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for education
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
  • The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • A commitment to raising standards and supporting pupil progress
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high quality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Promote positive behaviour and a love of learning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to maximise pupil outcomes
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
