Hays Education are a market leading recruitment agency. We are working with a Wirral based primary school to recruit a KS2 teacher to work in Year 3 from September 2025.

As Education specialists, we can support you in finding the right role for you. This post is full time and for one year fixed term in the first instance.

Your new role
As the Year 3 class teacher, you will be responsible for supporting the children as they settle into KS2. Working with a part time teaching assistant, you will plan and deliver engaging but suitably challenging lessons for a mixed ability group. Although you will be the only Year 3 teacher, you will be joining a close-knit, hardworking team where you will have the support of your peers to get the best from the children in your care.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this Year 3 class teaching job you will:

• Have QTS
• Have experience of working with the KS2 curriculum
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to plan and deliver lessons that will keep children engaged on track for their learning journeys
