Yard Operatives - Seasonal Harvest Support

Starting 20th July 2026 Weekly Pay £13.50 per hour

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting Yard Operatives to support a busy and fast-paced harvest period in Dundee. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure seasonal work running through to mid-October.

Key Details

• Start Date: 20/07/2026
• Location: Dundee
• Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Contract: Temporary (until mid-October)

Working Hours

• From start (July): 8:00am - 5:00pm
• From mid-August: Shifts will increase to 7:00am - 7:00pm due to peak demand

Flexibility is essential as working hours will extend during the busiest part of the season.

Role Responsibilities

• Assisting with the movement and organisation of goods within a busy yard environment
• Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
• Supporting general yard operations during peak harvest activity
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Working as part of a team to meet operational targets

What We Are Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Good level of physical fitness (manual handling involved)
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Previous yard, warehouse, or industrial experience is advantageous but not essential
