Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 = Pension Contribution

Holidays: 25 Days + Statutory Holidays

Key Responsibilities of a Workshop Supervisor:

• Oversee daily workshop operations and manage production schedules
• Lead and motivate a skilled team to meet production targets
• Inspect production and incoming goods to maintain quality standards
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring regular servicing and inspections
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and distribution teams
• Interpret technical drawings for job planning and cost estimation
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and quality management systems

The ideal Workshop Supervisor candidate:

• Proven experience within a fabrication/machining workshop
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage is a plus
