Workshop Manager

Your missions: You communicate the directives from management and translate them into individual objectives, supervise, support, and motivate the team daily to ensure production goals and develop competencies. You ensure regular presence in the field to maintain a relationship of trust, foster communication, and strengthen team cohesion. You organize and coordinate daily activities by planning work and effectively distributing tasks. You ensure the smooth operation of the team by using tracking, management, and reporting tools, contributing to their improvement. You manage charge/capacity and anticipate needs in human resources and means to contribute to the continuous improvement of workflow and production flows, anticipating developments and constraints.
