Our motor trade client is a successful family-run business situated outside of Epping. They have been trading for over 40 years with a solid reputation and customer base. They are seeking to hire a Workshop Manager & Service Receptionist. This is a new role to allow the owners to step back from the day-to-day running of the business in the future.

It is essential that the successful candidate has a strong background as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with 10+ years of experience. The role requires clear communication of vehicle issues with customers and technicians, as well as troubleshooting vehicle problems.

Duties include:

1. Scheduling and managing job appointments.
2. Greeting and welcoming customers.
3. Consulting with customers to identify vehicle concerns.
4. Preparing and issuing invoices.
5. Coordinating vehicle handovers upon completion.

Details & Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to £38,000 p.a. (dependent on experience)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - No weekends
• Management pays for your lunch each day
• Friendly and relaxed working environment
