Our nationwide Survey and Safety division hires a comprehensive range of equipment including construction levels and lasers, total stations, GPS, cable detection equipment, GPR, ATEX lighting, gas detection, communication equipment, and more. We serve sectors such as construction, civil, utilities, rail, shop fitting, fit out, and infrastructure.

As the Depot Workshop Manager at GAP Group, you will oversee the Survey & Safety workshop facilities and advise the General Manager on best practices and procedures. Your responsibilities include inspecting, testing, maintaining, and calibrating equipment to manufacturer specifications to ensure readiness for hire. You will also support staff development and training.

About You

Successful applicants should demonstrate:

• Significant experience in a similar role within the survey/hire industry.
• An understanding of survey equipment, hire products, and the customer base in the Falkirk area (beneficial).
• The ability to lead and develop a high-performing team capable of exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
