About the Role

Milton Keynes College is seeking a passionate and skilled Workplace Trainer in Engineering to teach Engineering Maths, Further Maths, Materials, and Electronics. Candidates must be qualified at Level 3 or above and possess relevant industrial technical competence/experience.

The role involves working with employers, apprentices, and college teams, with some autonomy over your schedule. You will deliver face-to-face lessons on campus, conduct workplace appointments, and have the flexibility to work from home.

You will manage a caseload of apprentices, guiding them through their year-round training and assessment. We welcome enthusiastic engineers eager to motivate learners and help them progress in their careers. No prior teaching experience is necessary; training will be provided to develop your teaching skills.
