Are you an experienced Desktop Support / Workplace Support Engineer with strong hands-on hardware and end user support skills?

emagine has an opportunity for you to support the smooth operation of workplace IT services with a global team.

Skills & Experience

Must haves:

  • Hands on experience providing end user support for hardware, peripherals, and workplace software.

  • Basic understanding of server and networking environments.

  • Strong troubleshooting abilities across hardware and connectivity issues.

  • Ability to manage stock, perform asset tracking, and maintain accurate records.

  • Fluency in English.

Nice to haves:

  • Exposure to software packaging processes.

  • Experience supporting SD WAN or other enterprise connectivity services.

  • Knowledge of BitLocker, BIOS, and other password/credential management systems.

Key Tasks & Deliverables
  • Provide hands on support for end user workplace technology, including laptops, thin clients, monitors, and peripherals.

  • Perform hardware activities such as cabling, device setup, imaging, delivery, and device resets.

  • Manage local hardware stock, ensuring accurate asset tracking, availability, and coordination of storage activities.

  • Act as onsite support for the technical room, assisting with basic server and networking tasks under the guidance of remote teams.

  • Collaborate closely with global Tech teams for issue escalation and alignment with standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve first level hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

  • Coordinate directly with Lenovo for end to end resolution of hardware incidents.

  • Support password management tasks (BitLocker, BIOS, etc.).

  • Assist in incident management and problem troubleshooting across workplace systems.

  • Contribute to software packaging activities (AVC/AMC).

  • Support AGN services such as SD WAN, WiFi, LAN, and VC during outages, upgrades, and refresh cycles.

  • Assist in IT onboarding activities, enabling licenses and IT services when self-service tools fail.

Profil candidat:

Expérience pratique dans l'assistance aux utilisateurs finaux pour le matériel, les périphériques et les logiciels professionnels. Connaissances de base des environnements serveurs et réseaux. Solides compétences en dépannage matériel et connectivité. Capacité à gérer les stocks, à assurer le suivi des actifs et à tenir des registres précis. Maîtrise de l'anglais.
