Support and advise our site management (construction managers, foremen, team leaders), establish occupational health and safety plans (OHSP), as well as identify hazards and develop action plans. Participate in the ongoing development of our certified ISO health and safety concept, promote a safety culture within the company. Participate in other service areas related to environment and quality. Raise awareness and educate on health and safety issues related to techniques in the construction or industry sector, with several years of experience on construction sites (CFC, construction manager, technician). Holder of a safety diploma CFST, OHS specialist with federal certificate or equivalent. Proven experience in occupational health and safety in the field of building contaminants (asbestos, PCBs, PAHs) or fire safety is an advantage. Enthusiastic ideas, as well as good listening and synthesis skills. Team spirit while being able to work independently on-site. Proficiency in common tools; knowledge of other software is welcome.
