Your Role

You will be part of a cross-border, agile squad focused on maintaining and enhancing our IT services, working closely with colleagues and customer experience specialists. Creating a positive employee experience is one of our top priorities.

Operating within the banking sector means adhering to strict regulatory requirements. Strong documentation and process discipline are vital, and your challenge is to streamline and automate these wherever possible.

Your Background

Experience & Education

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in similar technical roles.
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Governance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 technologies within complex multinational organizations.
• Possession of relevant certifications, including Microsoft 365 credentials and security-focused qualifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end service delivery and managing outsourced IT operations at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
• Prior experience working in regulated industries, particularly within the financial sector.
