We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse & Production Manager to take full ownership of our physical warehouse and production operations. This is a working leadership role responsible for machine builds, inventory control, maintenance, supply chain, logistics and day-to-day warehouse activities. You will also manage facilities and health & safety, develop a capable production team, and ensure our locations are well-run, clean, and safe.
You will be instrumental in maintaining our production and maintenance operation, ensuring every unit is event-ready, every process is efficient, and every team member is supported.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse, Production & Inventory- Lead warehouse operations: receiving, inventory control, storage, and dispatch.
- Manage the build, testing, and QA of all machines before deployment.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure sufficient parts availability.
- Develop and refine production processes to ensure build efficiency and quality.
- Oversee pre-event machine prep and post-event servicing.
- Conduct repairs and part replacements as required.
- Own preventative maintenance schedules for warehouse tools and tech.
- Coordinate with the event team transport, on-site delivery, setup, breakdown, and returns of units.
- Work closely with the events team and clients to meet deadlines and site requirements.
- Ensure we have the correct accreditations, permits, and site compliance documentation for staff and equipment.
- Take ownership of the warehouse and workshop facilities.
- Ensure all health & safety procedures are up to date, documented, and enforced.
- Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment across all areas.
- Recruit, train, and manage warehouse/production team members.
- Define and document roles, responsibilities, and processes as the team scales.
- Schedule workloads to meet delivery timelines and operational targets.
- Create a positive, performance-led working culture.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source parts, materials, and services.
- Monitor cost, lead times, and quality to ensure reliable supply.
- Work with procurement to identify savings and alternative sourcing.
- Maintain clear records of stock levels, maintenance, deliveries, and staff performance.
- Feed into internal planning and calendar processes with accurate lead times.
- Review performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- 4 Years proven experience in warehouse, production, or operations management.
- Background in hospitality, manufacturing, live events, or tech deployment environments preferred.
- Strong mechanical or electrical skills; knowledge of drinks dispense systems is a bonus.
- Hands-on and highly organised, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong communicator who can work with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards, facilities management, and compliance.
- Experience in hiring, leading, and developing operational teams.
- Flexible working hours - evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
- Full clean UK driving licence required.
