Working Supervisor

We're looking for a Working Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.

Contract: Permanent Type of Employment: Part Time Hours: 30 hours per week Rate of Pay: £13.71 per hour Shift pattern: 13:00-19:00 Monday-Friday Location: Essex County Council, County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford, Essex, England, CM1 1QH

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development


• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard


• Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures


• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels


• Handle issues professionally and elevate to line manager when needed
