Working Foreman Concrete Production

In this role, you will lead and guide the production team on the shop floor. You keep an overview, monitor the planning, and ensure the quality of the prefab concrete elements. You actively participate in the production process and spot bottlenecks in the workflow. You act as a link between the production manager and the shop floor, always paying close attention to safety. You work full-time in 8-hour shifts, which usually start between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m., with the earliest shift starting at 5:00 a.m.

You will join a leading producer of prefab concrete elements in the Alphen aan den Rijn region. Every day, concrete elements are made here for residential construction, high-rise buildings, shell construction, and custom projects. You will work in a practical and tight-knit team where colleagues support each other and working together is key.

Proven work experience as a working foreman in a production or technical environment Living in or near Alphen aan den Rijn Able to commute to work independently Able to speak Dutch and/or English Able to read technical drawings or willing to learn Strong focus on safety and quality
