Workfront Configuration Consultant - UK

We are seeking an Adobe Workfront Configuration Consultant to support our vision of Connected Work. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing Workfront solutions to enable connected ecosystems that drive personalization, data-driven decisions, and successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with consulting experience, capable of understanding Workfront at a technical level and configuring it to meet client needs.

Note: This is a remote, work-from-home position with an office in London.

As a Workfront Configuration Solution Consultant at LeapPoint, you will:

• Configure and customize Workfront dashboards, reports, templates, and workflows
• Implement automation rules to optimize project management and resource allocation
• Identify and suggest new functionalities and enhancements for client instances
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues to ensure system reliability
• Stay updated on Workfront updates and best practices to recommend improvements
• Test configurations and develop testing scripts for client validation
• Provide quality assurance for configurations and implementations
• Offer technical support within scope
• Document configurations for client design documents
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop training materials

Ideal candidates will have:

• 1-3 years (Level 1), 3-6 years (Level 2), or 7+ years (Level 3) of Workfront configuration or implementation experience
• 2+ years of SaaS solution implementation and architecture experience with AEM Assets & Sites
• 1+ years of Adobe Workfront Fusion integration and automation experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions
• Residency in the UK

Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel.
