The Boots Company PLC in Nottingham is seeking a Workforce Planning, Transformation and Change People Partner on a 12-month contract. You will shape people plans across business change, partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into delivery, with store and field impacts understood early.

Based at Head Office with two days on site and the rest field-based, you will influence governance, risk, and actions, ensuring practical, people-centered solutions across multi-site operations.
