Workforce Technology Engineer

About the role

The Workforce Technology Support team provides end user support services to our associates across our offices in Nottingham and London. Supporting a range of technologies including endpoint (Windows and Mac), meeting room tech/auditorium, and digital signage.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring a strong technical background. There will also be an opportunity to manage a team member, making this ideal for an experienced engineer looking to take their first steps into leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ownership of the support experience for our London-based associates.
  2. Manage incidents in person at the IT bar and remotely.
  3. Manage requests, changes, and problems.
  4. Oversee events in the auditorium.
  5. Ensure meeting room tech and digital signage are functioning correctly.
  6. Implement service improvements.
What are we looking for?
  1. Strong technical knowledge in End User Compute technologies including Windows 11, MacOS, Virtual Desktops (AWS Workspaces), Mobile, VC (preferably Zoom), and digital signage platforms.
  2. Technical knowledge of management tools including Intune, Jamf, Airwatch.
  3. Technical knowledge of Google Workspace.
  4. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
  5. Effective communication skills with associates at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
  6. Stakeholder management skills.
  7. Ability to work autonomously while being part of a wider team.
Where and how you'll work

This is a permanent position based in our London office.

We have a hybrid working model offering flexibility to work from the office and from home.

You will be based in our London office 3 days a week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
