The Role: Workforce Optimization Manager

Location: Sheffield, UK

Position Type: Contract Inside IR35

Remote work option Available: Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite

Job Description:

  • Ability to distil complex and varied data into meaningful information; good process analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure that information is captured in a timely manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver HR Projects and understand the HR implications associated with business transformation.
  • Proven experience in regional or functional financial budgeting, strategic workforce planning, communication, and people management processes.
  • Previous background of working in a Matrix organization structure; ability to persuade individuals at different levels.
  • Evidence of delivery in a similar role within a global organization.
  • Understanding of the principles of organization design and able to identify and challenge variance.
