Workday Specialist - £700 INSIDE IR35 - London - 5 Months

A Workday tech Specialist is required for a client who will be responsible for designing and configuring Learning/Workday modules, implementing business rules, and customising the system based on business needs.

You will specialise in one or more modules including Talent, translate business requirements into technical configurations, develop custom reports, manage security roles, and support system updates. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, support integration's, provide user training, and document system configurations and changes.

- Designs and configures Workday modules/Overall hands-on configuration in WD

- Implements business rules- create condition rules and complex calculated fields

- Customises the system

- Develops reports

- Manages security roles- understands security models

- Provides user training
