This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *delivering and maintaining HR systems, mainly Workday, ensuring they meet business needs efficiently and effectively*.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Workday HR Consultant to support and manage HR technology solutions. You'll be responsible for delivering and maintaining HR systems, mainly Workday, ensuring they meet business needs efficiently and effectively.

You'll work closely with HR and IT teams to design, implement, and improve technology solutions that enhance employee experience and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR technology solutions, mainly Workday.

• Collaborate with HR and IT to define requirements and priorities.

• Manage configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and integrated with other platforms.

• Support continuous improvement and adoption of HR technologies.

• Partner with vendors to align technology roadmaps and updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• 3-5 years' experience in HR technology or systems management.

• Strong knowledge of Workday and HR processes.

• Understanding of HR tech integration, APIs, and cloud systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English.
