Workday HCM Analyst

Role Overview

The Workday HCM Analyst will play a key role within a Workday Operations function, supporting the ongoing design, configuration, optimisation, and support of Workday Human Capital Management modules. The role focuses on ensuring stable operations, continuous improvement, and alignment with HR processes and Workday best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent & Performance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver system enhancements.
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday functionality, integrations, and reporting solutions.
• Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain Workday documentation, training materials, and user guidance.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and automation within Workday operations.
• Support ongoing system optimisation, release management activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM across multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance considerations.
• Proven ability to design, configure, test, and support Workday solutions.
• Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and security configuration.
• Strong communication skills, effective in hybrid and cross-functional working environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Workday certification(s) are preferred.
