Description
- Oversee and optimise global Workday processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Workday-related queries and issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and training materials are maintained for Workday processes.
- Support system updates and ensure seamless integration with other technology platforms.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for Workday usage.
- Coordinate with global teams to align Workday processes across all locations.
Profile
A successful Workday Global Process Controller should have:
- Proven experience with Workday and its implementation or management.
- A strong understanding of technology processes within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to technology systems.
