Job Description

Job Title: Workday Enterprise Architect (ERP) Location: 1-2 days per week in London (Hybrid) Contract: Outside IR35

Seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong ERP and Workday expertise to lead the design and optimisation of enterprise systems, including Workday Financials, HCM, and PSA. The successful candidate will define the overall ERP architecture strategy, ensure alignment across business and technology functions, and guide the integration and scalability of Workday within a complex enterprise landscape.

Key Skills:

Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within large-scale ERP environments
In-depth knowledge of Workday Financials, HCM, and PSA
Strong background in ERP solution design, integration strategy, and governance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in professional services or financial environments is advantageous
