Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

We're looking for a Workday Functional Consultant with deep Advanced Compensation expertise to join our client on a contract basis. You'll take a hands-on role in configuring, optimising, and delivering Workday solutions that align with new ways of working across the People function.

What you'll do:

• Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Advanced Compensation in Workday

• Translate complex reward processes (merit, bonus, equity, salary structures) into user-friendly solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, global processes while meeting local compliance needs

• Work closely with Product Owners, HR Systems teams, and BAs to deliver roadmap priorities

• Ensure smooth integration with HCM Core and other modules

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years' Workday configuration experience, with proven Advanced Compensation specialism

• Experience across additional Workday modules (HCM Core, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, etc.)

• Strong track record in large-scale HR/People transformation projects

• Ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and influence stakeholders globally

• Detail-focused, analytical, and confident delivering in fast-paced environments
