Job Description
For a client of ours, I am looking for an experienced Advanced Compensation Consultant who will take ownership of the end-to-end implementation process. This includes leading the design phase, configuring the Advanced Compensation module, collaborating closely with process owners and stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition towards go-live in early 2026.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Facilitate open design sessions with process owners.
- Configure the Advanced Compensation module.
- Guide testing phases and follow up on bugs and tickets.
- Provide first-line support during and after go-live.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in implementing the Advanced Compensation module (not just maintenance).
- Strong in design and configuration, with knowledge of capabilities and pitfalls.
- Experience with calculated fields and reporting.
- Familiarity with payroll integrations (preferred, but not required).
- Fluent in English
Location: Remote
Start date: ASAP
Contract duration: 6 months
Hours per week: 24-40
