Workday Lead - Absence, Cutover

My client are currently urgently seeking for a contract Workday Absence Lead/Cutover Manager who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure sufficient closure of all end to end Absence testing taking into account country by country localised complexities

Coordinate country by country global rollout plan of Workday Absence Module, including supervision of data migration, extraction & validation

Ownership of detailed cover planning, coordination and stakeholder management

Cross functional impact assessments n workday deployments

Strong communicator to global audience

Preparation of training documents and coordination of change management with countries

Must Have Skills:

5 years + experience of Workday Absence deployments

Workday Absence deployment experience (multiple complex projects)

Workday cutover experience

Workday Absence testing experience

Strong communication skills to global audience

Other Preferred Skills

Experience of Advanced Comp/Talent and Performance beneficial
